Each project is handled by a manager who assigns it to a translator or interpreter based on the content and area of specialization.
For translation, we use CAT tools that help us optimize the translation process and guarantee terminological consistency, but we do not let the machines do all the work. When the translation is finished, it goes through a quality assurance (QA) process led by a reviewer who applies the European standards for quality in translation.
For interpreting, we select the interpreters who are best suited to each event or situation and who will best transmit the client’s image into different languages.
